We want you to be comfortable with your chosen provider before your first session. Prior to scheduling your first session, we can schedule a free 10-15 minute free consultation with your chosen provider to ensure a good fit.

How can therapy help me?

There are many benefits to participating in therapy and counseling services. Therapists can provide a safe place and the support you’re looking for to problem-solve, gain positive coping skills and self awareness to better address anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, trauma and grief, stress and body image issues. The length of time you can expect to be in therapy is decided upon with your therapist. We work with you for as long as you need. The benefits and progress available through therapy depend on how much work you put in and practicing what you learn in every day life.

Is therapy confidential?
